Day 04 :: Agra - Fatehpur sikri - Jaipur

After Morning breakfast check out hotel and proceed to Jaipur enroot visit Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is a deserted city built by Emperor Akbar to commemorate the birth of his son. The audience halls, palaces and mosques are still in a state of perfection. Arrival at Jaipur and transfer to the hotel and over night stay at the hotel.

Day 05 :: Jaipur

After morning breakfast proceed for local tour of Jaipur the pink city of India. Visit the City Palace, which now houses a museum, the Observatory (17th century) with a sundial of 90 ft high, Ram Niwas Palace gardens, and the Palace of Winds-"Hawa Mahal". Overnight at Jaipur.

Day 06 :: Jaipur - Delhi

Day 08 :: Srinagar

Today morning after breakfast, visit Mughal Gardens, Nishant Bagh (Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love), Chashme Shahi etc. You will be escorted back to the houseboat for lunch. After lunch, your next destination would include Shankaracharya Temple. In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Spend another night in the houseboat.

Day 09 :: Srinagar - Sonmarg

The day begins with a full day excursion to Sonmarg, a 3 hrs drive from Srinagar. In the evening, return to houseboat to spend the night.

Your next destination for excursion would be Gulmarg today morning. You can choose to take a Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg. Return to the houseboat for an overnight stay.

Day 11 :: Srinagar - Pahalgam

Head for Pahalgam in the morning. En route, halt at the picturesque saffron field and the historical Avantipur ruins. Here you will be served lunch. Then return to Srinagar and spend the night in the houseboat.

Day 01 :: Arrive – Delhi

Day 02 :: Delhi
After breakfast full day tour of old & new parts of Delhi visiting Jama Masjid: the largest mosque in India. Built by Shah Jahan, the construction was started in 1658 and took six years; Red Fort: which was also built by Shah Jehan. This massive fort was built from 1638 to 1648, with a circumference of over 2.2 kilometers, was laid out by the banks of the Yamuna. The Mughal emperor Shajahan built it with the ambition of concentrating the Mughal power in one monument. Monument is perhaps not the right word. A mini-city is more like it. Thereafter enjoy a Cycle Rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, this is a remarkable way to explore and picture the hustle and bustle as well as the color of the narrow winding streets of one of the oldest markets of Delhi bursting with people and pavement shops selling wares of all description. And Rajghat - the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi. Post lunch tour of New Delhi visiting Humayun’s Tomb: built in mid 16th century this is an early example of Mughal architecture. Also visit Lotus Temple: it is termed by many as the Taj of modern India. Its distinctive lotus shaped marvel in marble is surrounded by a landscaped garden and is a symbol of peace. It is a very recent architectural marvel of the Bahai faith. Qutab Minar - 72 meters high and one of the most perfect towers in the Persian world. The Iron Pillar which has survived the vagaries of weather for over 1500 years. Drive past India Gate, President House and Connaught Palace. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi. 
Day 03 :: Delhi – Agra
After breakfast drive to Agra. En-route visiting Sikandara the tomb of the great emperor Akbar.   On arrival, check-in hotel. After wash & change tour of city visiting Agra Fort built by Akbar that houses many fabulous palaces built in Indo Islamic style. See the marble palace of Shahjehan that was built with the remaining and rejected stones from the Taj Mahal – Mussamman Burj. Also visit Itmad ud Daulah – it is the first mughal building built out completely of marble. In many contexts it is referred to being the predecessor of the Taj Mahal. 
Day 04 :: Agra - Jaipur 
Taj Mahal is awaiting your arrival this morning. A must see with the rising sun as the Taj Mahal is bathed in the golden rays of the morning sun. Built by Shah Jahan, the Taj is a white marble memorial that houses the tomb of his beautiful wife Mumtaz Mahal. This monument took 22 years to be completed and was designed, and planned by Persian architect Ustad Isa. Apart from its stunning design, balance and perfect symmetry, the Taj is also noted particularly for its elegant domes, intricately carved screens and some of the best inlay work ever seen anywhere in the world. Return to hotel for breakfast, thereafter drive to Jaipur. En-route visiting the phantom city of Fatehpur Sikri: the erstwhile capital of the Mughal emperor Akbar the Great. See Jodhabai’s palace (Akbar’s Hindu wife) that is even bigger than his own private palace. Later visit Salim Chisti’s tomb at the nearby mosque. Salim chisti was a Sufi saint who blessed Akbar and his Hindu wife with a long awaited son. Akbar was so overwhelmed that he built a mosque in his remembrance to thank the Sufi saint. Continue drive towards Jaipur. On arrival, check-in hotel & relax.  
Day 05 :: Jaipur
Today after breakfast explore the Pink City with an excursion to Amber Fort, situated just outside the city, enjoy the experience of ride on elephant back to and from the top of the hill on which the fort is situated. Afternoon sightseeing tour of City Palace in the heart of Jaipur is known for its blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Not far away is the Central Museum. Jantar Mantar is the largest of the five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh. The Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds was constructed for the royal ladies to watch the royal processions without being seen, all monuments are located in the vicinity of City Palace Complex of Jaipur.

Day 01 :: Delhi

On arrival at Delhi international airport, welcome and transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02 :: Delhi - Mandawa

Morning drive to Mandawa. On arrival check-in hotel. Later visit the region of Shekhawati - Mandawa, Dundlod, Nawalgarh, Fatehpur, etc. Mandawa Town was founded in 1755 by Thakur Nawal Singh and is still the home of his descendants. Mandawa houses a collection of armories, costumes of ancestors, canons from 1820, ancient coins, numismatic, collection and many other interesting items preserved in a museum. Mandawa has beautiful frescoes, havelis & mansions. Overnight in hotel.

Day 03 :: Mandawa - Jaipur

After breakfast drive to Jaipur. On arrival check-in hotel. Afternoon proceed for half day tour of Jaipur city the capital city of the state of Rajasthan popularly known as "Pink City". The buildings in the old walled city are constructed in pink-colored sandstone. Overnight in hotel.

Day 04 :: Jaipur

After breakfast leave for excursion to Amber Fort, enjoy elephant ride up the hill on which the fort is situated. Afternoon free at leisure. Overnight in hotel.

Day 05 :: Jaipur - Agra

After breakfast drive to Agra en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri built by emperor Akbar in 1569 and later abandoned due to scarcity of water. On arrival in Agra check-in hotel. Afternoon visit the world famous Taj Mahal, Agra fort & Tomb of Itmad - ud- daula. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06 :: Agra - Jhansi - Khajuraho

Early morning transfer to Agra Cantt railway station to board train Shatabdi express for Jhansi dep: 0800, arr: 1024. On arrival in Jhansi, proceed to Khajuraho (172 kms / 4 hrs approx) en-route visit Orchha. Proceed to Khajuraho. On arrival check-in hotel. Later proceed for city tour of Khajuraho visiting eastern & western group of temples. These temples are superb example of Indo-Aryan architecture constructed by Chandella rulers in the 10th century A.D. they have a fantastic range of sculptures including sensuous and erotic themes north block temples. Overnight in hotel.

Day 07 :: Khajuraho - Varanasi

After early breakfast visit south block temples. Later transfer to airport for flight to Varanasi. On arrival transfer to hotel. Evening "Deepmala tour " - a special tour where boat ride is given on river ganges around sunset and earthen lamps are floated on the river. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 08 :: Varanasi


Early morning boat excursion on the holy River Ganges to see the sunrise and morning prayers. Also see bathing ghats & cremation site. Watch people bathing & worshipping at the ghats which is one of the most extraordinary experiences of a visit to India. Return to hotel enroute visiting the small lanes and temples near the ghats. Breakfast at hotel. Later shory sight-seeing tour of Varanasi. Afternoon excursion to Sarnath. Overnight in hotel.

Day 09 :: Varanasi - Kathmandu

Transfer to airport for Kathmandu Flight. Arrive & transfer to hotel. Evening free at leisure. Overnight in hotel.

Day 10 :: Kathmandu


Morning city sight-seeing tour visiting the Durbar square, Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient royal residential quarter, Machhender Bahlholy place for the Buddhists & Hindus, temple house of Kumari the Vestal Virgin or the living Goddess and Patan visiting the Old Newar city, the historic Durbar square, see the goldengate, the sky piercing temple of Teleju & the statue of Yogendra Malla, other temples and old windows and carved balconies and also visit Swayambhunath, the 2500 years old Buddhist temple. Afternoon free.

Day 11 :: Kathmandu

Day free at leisure.

Day 12 :: Kathmandu

Day free at leisure.

Day 13 :: Kathmandu - Delhi

Transfer to airport for Delhi flight. On arrival transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 14 :: Delhi - Onward Destination

After breakfast leave for full day city tour visiting Qutub Minar, India gate (war memorial), Lakshminarayan Temple - modern Hindu temple, drive past President's House, Parliament House & Secretariat Building. Afternoon sight-seeing of Old Delhi visit Rajghat & Shanti Vana (the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru), Jama Masjid and drive past Red fort and Chandni Chowk. Await transfer to international airport for flight to onward destination.
